1 List Preferred New Home Developments

Provide us with the home communities you are interested in visiting. [Make sure you have not registered with them on a prior visit] Once we receive this information, we will send you a coupon to initiate the quick and easy rebate process.

2 Meet the Broker or Agent
We refer you to a Licensed Broker or Agent that will assist you. He may accompany you on your FIRST visit to new the home community or call ahead to register you.
Before you leave the new home sales office, make sure your National E Realty coupon is signed by the new home sales office representative. Then fax us a copy of the signed coupon to (301) 469-0767.

3 Sign the Contract on Your Home
Once you have found the home you wish to buy, all you have to do to get your rebate is mail or fax us a copy of the closing documents.

4 Receive Your Rebate
Once you have closed on your home a rebate check will be mailed to you within 30 days of the submittal of your closing documents. In certain cases your rebate will be in the form a credit at closing.

National E Realty reserves the right to pay the rebate to Home Buyer in the form of paying closing costs on the HUD-1 Settlement. Please read our Terms and Conditions for complete details.

The 2% rebate is based on a commission of at least 3.00%. Further, the rebate is based on the base purchase price, not including options, upgrades, and lot premiums.

The 2% rebate will be reduced if the commission is less than 3.00%. The reduced rebate will be provided in writing prior to closing.
