For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options:

Credit Card:

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. The billing charge on your credit card statement will be discreetly listed as "DTC MD Holding".

Health Savings Account (HSA Card):

If you have a health savings account (HSA), you have the option of paying for your tests with your HSA card, as lab tests are a qualified medical expense. Charges on your HSA debit card will be discreetly listed as "DTC MD Holding."

Personal Check:

If you choose to pay by electronic check, you will need to enter your account number and routing number before payment is automatically withdrawn from your checking account. Charges on your HSA debit card will be discreetly listed as " DTC MD Holding."

Pay Pal:

If you prefer to use a more discreet method of billing, we offer you the option of using your Pay Pal account for payment.

Pay Later:

If you're looking to get tested today but want to pay at a later time, we provide options. We offer the ability to get tested at a local medical center today, and either call in a payment before receiving your results, or purchase a pre-paid credit card (as we do not accept cash) for payment through our website.

More Info:

We do not accept Health Insurance as payment. However, your STD Test order will be approved by an on-staff physician - meaning it can be submitted to most insurance agencies for re-imbursement. To find out your exact level of reimbursement, please contact your Health Insurance provider.
