Your free trial will expire 30 days after you sign-up for our service. The day after expiration, and on the same day each month you have service, your account will be billed $6.95 and includes the first 30 voicemail messages. Additional messages are transcribed for $0.25 per message.
Yes. In the My Account section of the website, you will be able to view a list of all voice messages received over the past 90 days, the time the message was left for you, the time the message was transcribed and sent to your phone as an email, and the duration of the voicemail.
At checkout, you will have the option to choose between .wav or .mp3 format.
Your service can be canceled by accessing the "My Account" section of our website. Simply login to your account (with the username and password you set up at checkout), and click on the "My Service" link. To terminate your service, click on the "Cancel Service" link, and re-enter your password to confirm you would like to close your account. Immediately following, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know that your account has been closed and providing you instructions on how to update your phone.

Your messages will not be saved on our website, but they are easy to access from your own personal email account (the address provided at checkout). Each voicemail that is transcribed and sent to your email will have the original audio file attached. With our seamless integration between your phone and email, you’ll be able to store your voice messages, search them, retrieve them, print them, forward them, and re-listen to them at any time from your own personal email account.
Yes. Every transcribed voicemail is sent to your phone via email – attached to that email will be the original voice message audio file, which you can listen to from your phone, computer, or handheld device. And you’ll be able to pick which type of audio file you would like to receive –.wmv or .mp3.
No. Once you sign up for, every voicemail sent to your phone will be automatically converted into text, and sent directly to your email. You can retrieve them wherever you receive your email - on your phone, handheld, or computer. If at any time you would like to listen to the original message, just play the audio file attached to your email.
The range of accuracy varies depending on the amount of background noise in the voice message, and how clearly the sender pronounces their words during the recording. On average, the transcription from voicemail to email will be accurate enough that 7 out 10 emails will never need to be listened to in order to understand them.
