Prize Giveaway Rules

By participating in a prize giveaway sponsored by UOFINFO.COM, you hereby agree to these Prize Giveaway Rules. These Rules, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and UOFINFO.COM with respect to your access and use of this website.

This website is interactive and the more you use it the more points you can acquire. UOFINFO.COM will host a monthly prize giveaway to the registered user (s) with the highest points. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. However, all winners must be a registered user on UOFINFO.COM to receive points.

Any member of the UOFINFO.COM online community is eligible to win a prize, except employees, agents, or representatives of UofInfo.com, LLC, or any of its parents, subsidiaries, sister companies, or affiliates, or any member of their immediate family. UOFINFO.COM, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the eligibility process including without limitation, the operation of the website, abusive or excessive use of the points system by clicking multiple banners within a short period of time or otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any contest not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort.

Each contest will be based on an accumulation of at least 100 points from the prior month for a minimum of fifty (50) users. At the end of the monthly promotion, the user with the most points (as long as 50 users have over 100 points), will win the prize for that month. At the end of each monthly contest with at least 50 users with 100 points, ALL user points will reset to zero for the next monthly contest. In the case fewer than 50 users do not reach 100 points, UOFINFO.COM will roll over all points acquired the previous month to the following month until at least 50 users have acquired at least 100 points.

The winners of each contest will be the persons whose acquired the highest value of points for the corresponding monthly contest and who satisfies all of the rules of each contest (“Qualified Winner”). UOFINFO.COM will analyze the points and results and announce the Qualified Winners on the UOFINFO.COM website.

The Qualified Winners of each monthly contest will receive the designated monthly prize (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value of the Prize will vary. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Qualified Winner. UOFINFO.COM reserves the right to determine Qualified Winners of each contest up to thirty (30) days after contest ends. The Prize is not transferable. No substitutions for the Prize except by UOFINFO.COM, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of the Prize constitutes consent to use Qualified Winner’s names and likeness for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) Qualified Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and copyright transfer/liability/publicity/permission release. All requirements for printing, hi-resolution files, affidavits and releases must be returned within thirty (30) days of attempted notification or the Prize will be forfeited by Qualified Winner.
