Membership Fee (Payment)
Credit card payment for membership is provided by PayPal. PayPal is completely separate from Used-Cars-Dealers LLC. Used-Cars-Dealers LLC has no control, no access over any of their actions; your credit card payment is done through PayPal account and your credit card payment is though PayPal. So, when you pay for your membership, your payment is sent to PayPal, and in tern, they send us the money for your monthly Membership Fee. Used-Card-Dealers LLC has no access to your credit card account. You can cancel your membership anytime. Upon receiving your written notice, we will process your membership termination and stop your membership. Your membership is paid until the end of that period. There is absolutely no refund, nor partial refund of any kind.
Miscellaneous
Used-Cars-Dealers LLC reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Terms of Use and to take any action Used-Cars-Dealers LLC deems appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information. Used-Cars-Dealers LLC reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Used-Cars-Dealers LLC's Website.
